Alternatives Development Process

There are many possible futures for the Northeast Corridor. The NEC FUTURE planning process is designed to consider a broad array of alternatives that address the program’s Purpose and Need. NEC FUTURE alternatives will be developed in a three-step process. Meetings with the public and corridor stakeholders will occur throughout this process.

 

Step 1:
Initial Alternatives

 

Analyze passenger markets
